one of one.

weird is good.

It’s certainly an unusual vehicle, even by my standards. This has been an ever-evolving project over the past decade, from it’s early days running STX on narrow street tires, to it’s under-powered and national event winning days in FSP after I cut the fenders, and now in SMF with me sorting out teething issues with a new drivetrain and three times more power than it’s had at any point in the past.

It is what it is. A single cam Mazda truck engine with a Borg S256 attached. 275s up front, a limited-slip transaxle and a heck of a lot of suspension development. This vehicle has let me try out new ideas, learn from them, improve on them and further sharpen my professional skills. Being that nothing exists for the Mazda GD platform in the way of off-the-shelf go-fast parts, everything on this car has been designed and built by me personally. While it’s impossible to include every little detail here, just ask me about it some time and I promise you won’t be able to shut me up.
