The missing link.
Designing complex tubing assemblies like headers in CAD saves times and ensures a superior end result, but if you don’t have a CNC bender or tube laser at your disposal, how do you go from CAD design to fabricated part?
This is the answer. Easy to use, durable, and most of all precise, this tool allows for marking of exact bend segments to make sure what you hold in your hands matches your design on the computer. Superior functionality at a fraction of the cost of competitors’ offerings.

big problem
The perfect display already exists, but the mounting solutions provided by the manufacturer are bulky and not suited to a single seater. Nothing on the market actually fits in the space available while having the functionality required. The answer is to design your own enclosure. SLS 3D printed out of CF reinforced Nylon 12, this enclosure is compact, robust, and mounts neatly in the limited space available.
An elegant solution to a very specific problem.
Fuel Incognito
Multiple cars for this client were receiving modern EFI systems at the same time. It was a priority to make this upgrade minimally invasive, meaning external surge tanks were not an option. I designed this modular solution with this in mind. Both fuel pumps are contained neatly inside the surge tank that drops into the main fuel tank. The clamp can be adapted to suit any round-bodied fuel pump, the height of surge tank is tailored to match the specific tank it is being installed in, and the lid of the assembly utilizes an o-ring face seal and JIC fittings to ensure a leak-free installation.
